Our Return Policy in Short
Return Policy
You can return the product within 10 days of the reception of your delivery. You can do so after contacting Simine Paris. The product must be in perfect packaging condition. If the product is damaged or used the product shall not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Simine Paris suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed Simine Paris will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to you. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning a Package
If a returned item is shipped internationaly, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Simine Paris is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Want to Swith to Another Product?
Please send us an email regarding your request. Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead. In the case of an exchange, the customer is accountable for the payment of any additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please immediately report this to us with photos of the damages of the box and product(s). Simine Paris does not hold responsibility for a package damaged by the shipment.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not picked up within allowed days, Simine Paris reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
